When will my order be delivered?

We try and despatch all orders received by two o'clock the same working day. UK orders under £50 are sent by Royal Mail first class post and over £50 are sent by Interlink Express for next working day delivery.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If you are a customer in the UK and your order has not turned up within a week please contact us. Customers outside the UK should leave it for two weeks.

Do you provide a free take back scheme for the recycling of WEEE (as per the WEEE regulations)

Yes - Just use the address under "contact us " to send any WEEE for a free of charge, like for like take back service. For example if you buy a watch from us you can return your old watch free of charge for recycling. More details on recycling below -

Why recycle? 

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.

Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.

We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items when purchasing a new item .

To remind you that old eletrical equipment can be recycled , it is marked with a crossed out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.  

Can I pick up my order from you in person?

We are a family run online business so unfortunately we are not set up to receive any customers on site. 

Are all of your products in stock?

We try not to display any products on our website that are not in stock.

Despite what you say above, I have been told that an item I was able to order is out of stock. How does this happen?

Very occasionally you are able to order an item which is in stock, perhaps the last one, which when we come to pack the item is found to be faulty. As an example, a mug is found to be broken or a watch not working.

What happens in the situation above when I have succeeded to order an item that is out of stock?

You will be offered the choice of an immediate refund in full or to wait for delivery when the item is available.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

For many products, especially those which we have made for us, there is an automatic 10% discount for orders of ten or more. Please contact us if you want to order in quantity.

Are your products guaranteed?

Many of our products carry a manufacturer’s guarantee usually for a year but some manufacturers offer a limited life time guarantee. All our watches are guaranteed for a minimum of a year. However, if you are not satisfied with anything purchased from Goodies for Nurses we will exchange it or refund the cost.

Can I return my order if I am not happy with it?

We offer a "no quibble" returns policy. If you are not happy with your order please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid return address label so that you can send it back and we will give you a full refund or exchange. This is in addition to any rights that you may have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 legislation.

Do you send orders outside the UK?

We send orders all over the world using Royal Mail International Signed For post. These orders are tracked.

Is your site secure?

When you come to the point that you make payment you are transferred to a secure site (look for the closed padlock) and we do not ever receive your card details.

What if I have given you my card details over the phone?

If you have ordered by phone the card details that you have given us are shredded as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay on our website using any of the major debit and credit cards or with PayPal. We also welcome orders by post accompanied by a cheque or money order. If you send cash you must use registered post as we will not accept resposibility for cash lost in the post.
